How your order stays fresh

Your chosen halal store prepares and packs your order to City of Edmonton food safety standards. Our driver collects it and carries it in a cooler from the store counter to your door, so fresh cuts arrive chilled and frozen items arrive frozen.

Priced by weight, charged by actual weight

Most meat is sold per pound. At checkout your card is only held for the estimated amount. When we pack your order we weigh every item and charge the exact amount. If it weighs less, you pay less. If it comes to $1.00 or more over, we email you a secure link to pay the difference.

If an item is out of stock or you are not home

In your cart you choose what we should do if an item is unavailable (closest match, call you, or remove and refund) and what happens if you are not home (call you first, leave it at the door, or bring it back for a $5 fee plus the delivery fee). If you choose to have it left at the door, the order is your responsibility once delivered.
