Where we deliver
Edmonton and surrounding areas: Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Leduc, Nisku, Devon, Morinville, Legal, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Redwater, Calmar, Thorsby, Acheson and nearby.
Delivery fees
- Next-day delivery: $4.99
- Same-day delivery: $9.99
- Same fee for Edmonton and all surrounding areas
- Free delivery on orders of $100 or more
Cutoff times
Order by 6 PM for same-day delivery, or by 11:59 PM for next-day delivery. We deliver every day between 12 PM and 10 PM. Same-day orders placed after 6 PM are delivered the next day.
Substitutions
If an item is not available, we follow your substitution choice. If we need to ask you, you have 15 minutes to reply; after that the item is removed and refunded.
If you are not home
We may leave the order at your door at your own risk, or bring it back and charge a $5 redelivery fee. Drivers may refuse delivery where it is unsafe (for example loose dogs or blocked entrances).
Delays can happen because of weather, traffic or supplier availability. If we must cancel an order, you get a full refund.
