1. Acceptance of terms

By using WeDoHalal.com and our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our role

WeDoHalal is an online ordering and delivery service. We do not produce or own the products listed. Products are supplied by independent halal stores in Edmonton, who are responsible for product quality and halal certification.

3. Orders and delivery

Delivery areas, fees and cutoff times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Same-day and next-day delivery is subject to weather, traffic and supplier availability. In rare cases we may cancel an order and give a full refund.

4. Prices and products

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Most meat products are GST exempt. Prices may change without notice and may differ from in-store supplier prices. Photos are for reference; packaging may differ by supplier. Meat is sold by weight and the final price depends on the actual weight at pickup.

5. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Your card is authorized when you order and charged for the actual amount after your order is picked up. If you owe a balance after weighing, you must pay it using the Pay Now link we send you. We may block future orders until any unpaid balance is paid.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds can go to WeDoHalal store credit (instant, never expires) or back to your card, as you choose.

7. Your responsibilities

Give accurate delivery details, make sure delivery can be done safely, and handle, store and cook meat safely once delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

WeDoHalal is not liable for supplier product quality or halal compliance, allergic reactions, handling after delivery, or losses caused by delays, weather or incorrect addresses. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

9. Disputes

We try to resolve issues through customer service first. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
